เพื่อยืนยันตัวตนและป้องกันการลบข้อมูลโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต บริษัทอาจขอข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมดังต่อไปนี้:

To verify your identity and prevent unauthorized deletion, we may request the following information:

  Full name
• อีเมลหรือหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ที่ใช้ลงทะเบียน
  Registered email or phone number
• หมายเลขอ้างอิง / หมายเลขการทำรายการ (ถ้ามี)
  Reference or transaction number (if applicable)
• สำเนาเอกสารยืนยันตัวตน (เฉพาะกรณีจำเป็น)
  A copy of identification document (only when necessary)

3. ระยะเวลาการดำเนินการ

Processing Time

หลังจากบริษัทได้รับคำขอและข้อมูลครบถ้วนแล้ว
จะดำเนินการพิจารณาและลบข้อมูลภายใน 7–14 วันทำการ

Upon receiving a complete request, the Company will process the deletion within 7–14 business days.

บริษัทจะแจ้งผลการดำเนินการผ่านช่องทางที่ท่านระบุไว้

A confirmation will be sent via your specified communication channel.

4. ข้อมูลที่อาจไม่สามารถลบได้ทันที

Data That May Not Be Immediately Deleted

ในบางกรณี บริษัทอาจไม่สามารถลบข้อมูลบางประเภทได้ทันที ได้แก่:

In certain circumstances, some data may not be deleted immediately, including:

• ข้อมูลที่จำเป็นต้องเก็บรักษาตามกฎหมาย
  Data required to be retained by law
